    Priceless information at a bargain price!!!

    I've read "How To Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie. He has remarkable insight and easy doable advice for better communication skills. His advice when used correctly enables a person who isn't a very good communicator to even communicate with difficult people.
